Tropical Fruit Salad

This refreshing fruit salad is perfect for breakfast, served on its own or with fat-free Greek yogurt. It is a great way of increasing the variety of fruits that you eat.

  • 1/2 honeydew melon, deseeded and peeled
  • 1 mango, stoned and peeled
  • 3 kiwi fruit, peeled (use a veg peeler)
  • 2 passionfruit
  • 160g grapes
  • 1 large pineapple, peeled and core removed
  • 500ml orange juice


  1. Cut the passion fruit in half and using a small spoon, scrape out the seeds into a large serving bowl.
  2. Halve the grapes and add them to the serving bowl.
  3. Cut the remaining fruit into bite-size pieces and add to the serving bowl.
  4. Cover with orange juice, mix well, and serve.
