Tropical Fruit Salad

This refreshing fruit salad is perfect for breakfast, served on its own or with fat-free Greek yogurt. It is a great way of increasing the variety of fruits that you eat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 honeydew melon, deseeded and peeled
- 1 mango, stoned and peeled
- 3 kiwi fruit, peeled (use a veg peeler)
- 2 passionfruit
- 160g grapes
- 1 large pineapple, peeled and core removed
- 500ml orange juice
Instructions
- Cut the passion fruit in half and using a small spoon, scrape out the seeds into a large serving bowl.
- Halve the grapes and add them to the serving bowl.
- Cut the remaining fruit into bite-size pieces and add to the serving bowl.
- Cover with orange juice, mix well, and serve.
