Blueberry Compote

Delicious breakfast or dessert compote

Ingredients

250g frozen blueberries

juice half lemon

1tsp honey

pinch ground cardamon

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over a medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes until the blueberries have burst and started to breakdown slight.

Serve with low fat natural yoghurt and granola or with porridge.
