What is a dietitian?

Dieticians are qualified and regulated health professionals that assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems at an individual and wider public-health level.

“Mairi is very passionate about what she does. At every step she is there to answer questions and explain the intricacies of FODMAPs and nutrition so that not only do you end up with a plan that works for you but you understand enough to be able to modify it on your own.

Having suffered from IBS for a number of years, I am now able to control my symptoms thanks to a personalised diet and much greater knowledge of my trigger foods and levels. For anyone with IBS or similar ailments, I highly recommend her service.”
